Components of Great Leadership Workshops was birth from Assurance Of Faith Ministerial Training Center in 2002 by the Will of God for the purpose of assisting Pastors, Organizations and different groups in their quest to develop Great Leadership.

Components of Great Leadership Workshops have been uniquely designed to enhance the skills of those in ministry and Christian leadership within the church structure.

Christian Leadership is an education that every minister or lay person in church leadership should be required to have. Components of Great Leadership Workshops offer instruction in Christian Leadership that you cannot receive in a Bible College or Theological Seminary but are still very vital to Pastors, Associate Pastors, Ministerial Teams and especially those in Church Leadership Positions.

The Workshops or Seminars are both an attractive and beneficial addition to your Bible College, Seminary Studies or Christian Resume. Most Pastors must find a minister skilled enough in basic ministerial and leadership areas to train the associate ministers and those in leadership or they must take on the job themselves.
